Monterio Weaver is a certified healthcare IT consultant, systems architect, technology strategist, and U.S. Navy veteran. Across nearly four decades, he has helped healthcare organizations, professional-service firms, and multi-site businesses modernize infrastructure, strengthen security, reduce technology costs, and deploy scalable systems built for long-term growth.
As Chief Systems Architect at Project 180 Technology Consulting Group, he served as the lead IT authority across a wide range of clients, identifying infrastructure issues, building project plans, negotiating with vendors, improving service-level agreements, and deploying solutions that cut costs and strengthened operations.
His work turned personal after he lost his eyesight and experienced healthcare from the other side of the exam room. Moving between specialists whose systems did not talk to one another, he found himself carrying his own records and rebuilding his history for every new physician. Catalyst MedFlo is his answer: bring a lifetime of systems-integration expertise to the one industry that never solved it.
